Parker's Army had a fantastic day today with the help of our friend and Thirty-One Gifts consultant, Kathleen Bora DeVita at the K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital. We were able to hand deliver 24 "Turtle Totes" to the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology ward at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, NJ. Each child with a diagnosis will receive a tote at no cost to them or their family. The totes are filled with some of Parker's favorite things (cozy blanket, water bottle, knit beanie, crayons, slime and much more). We are hoping the totes provide some comfort to both child and parents during many outpatient visits.
