I loved sitting at our kitchen table with my kids. I sat there with Parker everyday after school to chat, have a snack and do homework. Payton would join us occasionally. This day one year ago we must have been talking about 9volt batteries and I told them when I was kid we used to zap our tongues with them. It's a silly thing and just a few minutes of giggles but I miss those days so much. I never sit at that table anymore with him. I miss his face, his voice, his laugh. That smile.
