On Friday, August 16, the Southern Ocean Chamber Association (SOCA) presented Parker's Army - Power of Parker, a non profit organization established in the memory of Parker Nork, with a donation check for $1,000. Representing SOCA were Board Members Jerry Thompson and Lori Pepenella.
